To enhance learning and bring the concepts and ideas learnt in the classroom to life, MIS organises a thorough programme of educational trips throughout the year. In addition there are a number of recreational weekend trips put on each term to explore the wonderful opportunities offered by Tanzania’s natural beauty.
These weekends are primarily for boarding students, however day students are also encouraged to join in! Over 125 people of all ages from MIS turned up on Saturday morning of the 31st of August
to walk up to the Choma waterfall of the beautiful Uluguru mountains.
Thanks to all of the staff who accompanied the students and encouraged and motivated them to get there. Well done to all who came. Thanks especially to Mr Street for organising the hike.
